Our new House!

The ink isn't dry yet so Keep your fingers crossed that it all works out But we are in process and it's 99 % sure that this is our new House!!!! I'm so happy, I don't mean to brag but after 7 years of living in EV (Escondido village, campus family housing at Stanford) I just can't help myself. No more rabbit hutch for me. Texas here I come!

I love the swing on the porch
One of my favorite features is that the kitchen faces the family room
for that all of us together great room feel

Bonus room and three bedrooms upstairs plus a guestroom/office downstairs
Right off of a nature preserve that we can see form the balcony

I might need to get rid of the window treatments.....just maybe
The backyard is a virtual wonderland for my boys, it will be hard for
them to leave the courtyard but I think the trees to climb, fire pit
for marshmallows, hammock, pond and lushness plants should help.
A pressure washer, some cushions and a few topiaries will make this fire pit fabulous again
We're going to need to get some coy for the pond, so the boys can go fishing J/K

I've always wanted an all white kitchen filled with light and decorated by colorful fruit and flowers.
Gotta love the bay window breakfast nook!

I really hope it works out, we are overjoyed with the thought of living in this house. It is in the ward we wanted to be in, in the perfect neighborhood where everyone walks to the exemplary elementary school situated inside the housing complex, with a target, grocery stores, mall, home depot, Marshalls, barns and nobles and so on all just 5 minutes away. Oh and did I mention the ward building is across the street from the housing complex, there are 15 Mormon families in the neighborhood and it backs up to a nature preserve. The house in 25 minutes from Rory's work, of course I wish it was a little closer but you just can't get that in Austin for under a million dollars or living next to frat boys. I'm the happiest woman alive

Yahoo!!!
Congrates! When's the moving date?
We'll be up the road (dallas) for the summer. Hope the ink drys soon.
Very much a Macdonald home! Lots of style and big enough to hold all the people you managed to fit into your EV apt. without breeching fire codes :)
